(IBN) to offer the CoreValue Medical plans, a series of Consumer oriented limited medical benefit plans that include valuable NCE consumer and lifestyle discounts as well as discounted medical plans! NCE members will have the option of taking advantage of the competitive plan benefits and rates of the CoreValue Medical plans.
